Izu Amagi boasts an annual rainfall that ranks third in Japan, and the abundant rainwater is naturally filtered through the Izu volcanic range before emerging as spring water. This rich spring water helps produce wasabi with exceptional flavor and quality.
Additionally, our supplier owns 23 wasabi fields in Izu Amagi, ensuring a stable supply of high-quality fresh wasabi. Having been established in 1950 (Showa 25), they have over 70 years of expertise in wasabi cultivation, and the knowledge and experience passed down over the years enable them to produce wasabi of the highest standard, unlike any other.
